Our story
Founded on the Murray, built on delivery
Business Innovise Hub was registered in 2024 and is based in Moama, on the NSW–Victoria border. The name says what we do: innovate and advise — fresh thinking, grounded in practical guidance you can act on.
We started BIH because we kept seeing the same pattern in small and medium organisations: a consultant hands over a strategy nobody implements, or an IT provider installs technology nobody planned for. The two halves never meet — and the business pays twice.
So we put both under one roof. Zahra brings the strategic discipline: research, planning, change management. Reza brings years of professional IT delivery: networks, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and custom platforms built and run in production for real organisations — transport companies, care providers, golf and community clubs, training organisations and more.
We're a new company — and honest about it. What's behind us isn't marketing: it's working systems people rely on every day.

Zahra leads BIH’s consulting practice. Her work sits at the front of every engagement: understanding the business, its market and its people before anything is recommended — then designing strategy, plans and change programs the team can actually carry out.

Reza Sepehr
Reza leads the technology practice. A working IT professional, he has spent years designing and running business technology for real organisations — and building the kind of systems most small businesses are told they can’t afford: custom platforms for rostering, dispatch, bookings, invoicing, compliance and reporting, plus the networks and Microsoft 365 environments underneath them.
