AI that earns its keep.
Beyond the hype there’s a simple truth: teams that use AI well save hours every week. We teach yours to use it safely and properly — then automate the work nobody will miss.
Training first
Hands-on AI training, on your real work
Generic AI demos don’t change behaviour. Our workshops run on your actual documents, emails and tasks — quotes, reports, tenders, rosters, customer replies — so people leave having already saved time, not just impressed.
We cover the tools that matter for business — Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and the AI already inside the software you own — and the judgement that matters more: what to trust, what to verify, what never to paste into a public tool.
- Owner & leadership briefings — what AI changes for your industry, minus the hype
- Team workshops — half-day or full-day, built around your real tasks
- Safe-use policy — a practical one-pager your staff will actually follow
- Tool selection — the right tools for your stack and budget, including ones you already pay for
Then automation
Once the team can use AI, we target the repetitive work itself:
- Document drafting — proposals, reports and letters that start 80% written
- Email triage & replies — enquiries sorted, drafted and routed
- Data entry & transfer — re-keying between systems eliminated
- Reporting — the monthly numbers assembled automatically, not the night before
- Workflow automation — approvals, reminders and follow-ups that run themselves
We measure hours saved per week — if a pilot doesn’t pay for itself, we say so.
How it runs
A sensible path to adoption
Readiness check
Where AI can and can’t help your business, what your data situation allows, and the two or three use-cases with the fastest payback.
Train the team
Workshops on your real work, a safe-use policy, and confident staff — including the sceptics, who usually become the best users.
Pilot & measure
One automation, built and measured. Hours saved, errors avoided, decision made on evidence — then scale what works.
Good questions
Frequently asked
Is our business data safe with AI tools?
It can be — with the right tools and settings. Business-grade AI (like Microsoft Copilot within your 365 tenancy, or enterprise API plans) keeps your data out of public training. Our safe-use policy work is exactly about drawing this line clearly for your team.
Do we need Microsoft Copilot licences?
Not necessarily. Copilot is excellent inside the Microsoft stack but isn’t the only answer — sometimes a cheaper or free tool covers the use-case. We recommend per use-case, not per licence sale (we don’t resell licences).
What if staff are worried AI will replace them?
We address it head-on in every workshop. In small and medium businesses the realistic story is AI removing the work people complain about — and we’ve found showing that, on their own tasks, beats any reassurance speech.
How is BIH qualified to teach this?
We use these tools daily to build real systems and run real projects — and we’ve delivered AI training in professional settings. You’re learning from practitioners, not slide readers.
