Software shaped around your operation.
When the off-the-shelf tool almost fits — and the gap is costing you hours every week — a purpose-built system stops the workarounds. We design, build and run platforms that match how your business actually works.
When custom is right
Replace the spreadsheet that runs the place
Every business has one: the spreadsheet, whiteboard or paper system everything secretly depends on. It worked at five staff. At fifteen it breaks quietly — double entries, missed jobs, invoices that lag weeks behind the work.
We build web platforms that take over those jobs: rostering and scheduling, bookings and dispatch, job and fleet management, compliance records, timesheets, quoting and invoicing, dashboards and reporting. Accessible from any device, secured per user, and integrated with the tools you already use — Microsoft 365 sign-in, accounting exports, maps and messaging.
And because our founders have built and operated production systems for transport companies, clubs, care providers and training organisations, you’re not paying us to learn on your project.
Systems we build
- Rostering & scheduling — shifts, availability, mobile views for staff in the field
- Bookings & dispatch — from courtesy-bus runs to freight runsheets with proof-of-delivery
- Job & field-service management — pipelines, time-clocks, recurring work, quoting
- Compliance & records — documents, expiries, incidents and audit trails
- Money flow — timesheets to payroll exports, invoicing, accounting-ready CSVs
- Legacy modernisation — rebuild ageing systems as modern web platforms without losing your data
Speciality · NDIS & aged care
Care-sector workflow systems
Care providers carry a uniquely heavy admin load: rosters that change daily, care plans and progress notes, incident reporting, worker compliance, NDIS price guides and claiming. Corella — a care-coordination platform our team designed and built end-to-end — is our proof that this complexity can be made manageable.
- Rostering with a mobile-first experience for support workers
- Care plans, notes, incidents and document compliance in one record
- Timesheets to payroll, and NDIS billing through to claim files
- Dashboards a coordinator can run the week from
How it runs
Built in phases, proven early
Discovery & process mapping
We sit with the people who do the work and map how it really flows — including the workarounds nobody mentions in meetings. You get a clear scope and a phased plan.
Design & working previews
Screens and workflows you can click before we build deep. The first working slice ships early, so value (and trust) arrives in weeks, not at the end.
Launch, train & run
Data migrated, team trained, system live — then we operate, monitor and improve it. Hosting, backups and security handled as part of the deal.
Good questions
Frequently asked
What does a custom system cost?
Less than it used to — and we’re upfront early. After discovery you get a fixed picture per phase. We deliberately ship a working core first, so you can stop at any phase and still own something useful.
Who owns the system?
You do. Code, data and accounts are documented and yours. If we ever part ways, you walk away with a system another developer can pick up.
Can it work with Microsoft 365 and our accounting software?
Yes — single sign-on with your Microsoft accounts is standard for us, and we build accounting-ready exports (or direct integrations where they earn their cost).
What technology do you use?
A modern, mainstream web stack — the same family of tools used by large SaaS products — hosted in Australia, secured per user, with backups and monitoring. Mainstream by design: it keeps you maintainable and un-locked-in.
We have an old system full of data. Can you replace it without losing history?
That’s a speciality. We’ve rebuilt 20-year-old legacy systems, migrating millions of rows of history into the new platform read-only — your past stays searchable while the new system takes over.
Let’s talk
What’s the spreadsheet your business secretly runs on?
Tell us about it. We’ll tell you what replacing it would look like — honestly, phase by phase.
