Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We often design and implement alongside an existing support arrangement — or hand over cleanly to whoever maintains things day-to-day, with documentation they’ll thank you for.
Do we have to be near Moama or Echuca?
No. Microsoft 365, email and most setup work is done remotely for clients anywhere in Australia. On-site work — networks, fit-outs, hardware — suits the Murray border region and surrounds, and we travel for larger projects.
We already have Microsoft 365. Is there anything to optimise?
Almost always. Most tenancies we review have unused licences, no MFA on some accounts, a flat file dump in SharePoint, and email rules nobody understands. A short optimisation pass usually pays for itself.
Do you provide ongoing support?
We offer ongoing care arrangements for the systems we set up — and for everything we deliver, you get documentation so you’re never locked in.
