Most of what a digital agency shows you belongs to somebody else. These ten platforms are ours — designed, built, deployed and run by our own team, each one shaped around an industry we went and understood first.

8 platforms, built and running
Each of these is deployed on our own infrastructure and available to walk through. They exist because we kept meeting the same unserved operation in a different industry.
A complete care-operations platform: rostering, care plans, progress notes, incidents, compliance, timesheets through to payroll and billing through to claims — with a mobile app for support workers in the field.
A club operating system that carries compliance down the hierarchy and evidence back up — registers, documents, minutes and motions, members and rosters, comms, forms, sponsors and grants, with live status boards for the bodies above.
Best-and-fairest vote collection, a sealed and audited tally engine that handles eligibility and countbacks, and a broadcast-grade live count-night presentation — progressive reveals, live leaderboard, sponsors and multi-grade rundowns.
A group operating system for businesses that are really three or four in one — farm, mill, fleet and trading desk: approvals with real limits, purchase-order matching, a stock ledger, forward cash projection against the facility, and an enterprise P&L with internal transfer pricing.
An operating system for subsidised-meal businesses: split billing to any percentage between a funding scheme and the client, program CRM, compliant invoicing and claims, kitchen production, delivery runs with a driver app, a stockist portal and a client portal.
A contractor operating system built around the commercial spine: bill of quantities into a contract that locks the schedule, progress claims that roll forward correctly, variations that revise the contract value, plus quality, safety and plant.
A branded public site and searchable interment register for a cemetery trust, and rich family memorials — photos, video, voice, story, timeline — tied to the grave by a permanent QR plaque code, verified by the trust against its own register.
Field-service job management for small operators: scheduling, job pipelines, staff time-clocks, recurring contracts, quotes and invoices with accounting exports — priced for a business that the big platforms have priced out.

Designed and under construction. We'd rather tell you that than call something live because it demos well.
A job platform for fabrication shops where the hours a fabricator clocks against a job become both the labour lines on the invoice and the inputs to payroll — plus materials, purchase orders, variations and job costing.
The office system and the compliance system, once.
A transport and fleet operating system for operators who run an office system and a compliance system side by side today, and key everything into both.

How we talk about our own products: These are our own products — we designed, built and run them. “Live” means deployed and running; “in development” means not yet. We describe what each one does, and we don’t publish customer numbers or testimonials.
Why we build our own
Ten industries, one standard
Building a product for an industry forces a kind of understanding that a one-off project never does. You can't ship a progress-claim engine without learning how retention actually works, or a split-billing engine without learning what a funding scheme will and won't accept.
That is the same standard we bring to a client engagement — which is the real reason this page exists. The platforms are the proof; your project gets the practice.
