What it does
The office system and the compliance system, once.
Most transport operators run two systems. One takes the booking, plans the run and raises the invoice; the other holds the driver hours, the maintenance and the evidence a regulator will ask for. The same job, the same driver and the same vehicle are entered into both, and the two only agree by accident.
Kestrel is being built as one system for both halves — the commercial operation and the compliance obligation on the same data, so a planned run already knows whether the driver and the vehicle are legal to do it.
