The paperwork half of running a club.

A club operating system that carries compliance down the hierarchy and evidence back up — registers, documents, minutes and motions, members and rosters, comms, forms, sponsors and grants, with live status boards for the bodies above.

What it does

The paperwork half of running a club.

Community sport is run by volunteers in the evenings, and most of the load isn’t the game — it’s the paperwork. A governing body asks associations for evidence, associations ask clubs, clubs ask a committee member who keeps it in a folder on their laptop, and nobody upstream can see who has actually done what.

Perch HQ models that hierarchy properly. A requirement is pushed down once, evidence and e-signatures come back up, and the bodies above watch it land on live status boards instead of chasing it by email. Around that spine sits the club back-office the same volunteers need anyway.

What's inside

The parts that matter

  • Compliance push-down, evidence roll-up — one requirement, issued once, tracked to every club
  • Registers with expiry sweeps — accreditations and checks that tell you before they lapse
  • Minutes, motions and decisions — including conflicts of interest, adopted from the planned agenda
  • Members and a member portal — plus rosters with a public claim link volunteers don’t need a login for
  • Comms with an inbox — broadcasts and attachments with a role wall on the audience
  • Forms with public QR codes — the sign-on sheet a phone camera can open
  • Sponsors, grants and a treasurer view — the money and the relationships in the same place
Designed to sit alongside the national competition-management system a club already uses, not to replace it — it takes the paperwork, not the fixtures.
