A permanent place to remember someone.

A branded public site and searchable interment register for a cemetery trust, and rich family memorials — photos, video, voice, story, timeline — tied to the grave by a permanent QR plaque code, verified by the trust against its own register.

What it does

A permanent place to remember someone.

A cemetery trust holds a register that families need and can rarely search, and the memory of a person is usually a name, two dates and whatever the family can fit on a headstone. Meanwhile the trust carries a perpetual obligation with no income attached to it.

Remembered Here gives the trust a branded public site with its register searchable, and gives families somewhere real to put a life — photographs, video, a recorded voice, a written story, a timeline — tied to the actual grave by a permanent plaque code a phone can scan. The trust verifies each memorial against its register, and earns on every memorial package, with a share ring-fenced in a hosting endowment so the site outlives the contract.

What's inside

The parts that matter

  • Branded site per trust — it looks like the cemetery, not like a software product
  • Searchable interment register — the thing families ring the office about
  • Rich memorials — photos, video, voice recordings, story, timeline
  • Permanent QR plaque codes — the grave and the memorial are the same object
  • Trust verification — a memorial is checked against the register before it stands
  • Commission with an endowment — a slice of every package ring-fenced to fund perpetuity
  • Cultural protocols built in — Acknowledgement of Country, a first-visit notice, and a per-memorial Sorry Business mode
The cultural protocols are foundational rather than a setting, and the wording for any given place is confirmed with that trust rather than assumed.

How we talk about our own products: These are our own products — we designed, built and run them. “Live” means deployed and running; “in development” means not yet. We describe what each one does, and we don’t publish customer numbers or testimonials.
