The challenge
NDIS, aged-care and community providers run on a sprawl of moving parts — rostering, care plans, progress notes, incident reports, compliance records, timesheets and billing — usually spread across half a dozen tools that don’t talk to each other. The cost is double entry, missed compliance, and finance reconciling by hand.

Our approach
We designed and built Corella end to end as one platform, secured per role: rostering and scheduling; care plans and progress notes; incident and compliance records; timesheets that flow through to payroll; NDIS billing that flows through to claims; and a mobile app for carers in the field. One source of truth, from the roster to the claim.
- Rostering & scheduling
- Care plans & notes
- Compliance & incidents
- NDIS billing → claims
- Carer mobile app

The outcome
Corella is a complete care-coordination platform our team built from scratch — proof we can take a complex, regulated, multi-role operation and ship it as a single coherent system. Each provider runs its own isolated, secure instance. A live demo is available on request.
A note on how we show our work: The projects on this page were delivered by our founders across current and prior professional engagements. We show them as capability — proof of what we design and build — and we describe most by sector rather than by client, to respect every confidence. Two we can name by agreement: Corella, a care platform our team built end to end, and the Western Australian Aboriginal & Islander Football National Carnival website. We don’t publish invented statistics or testimonials, and we’ll always tell you honestly what is in production, in progress, or a demo. We’d rather under-claim and over-deliver.
