The challenge

A community health organisation needed clients to be able to book wellbeing services online, and coordinators to manage those sessions without drowning in admin and reminder emails.

02

Our approach

Online bookings, staff sign-in with the Microsoft 365 accounts they already have, coordinator tools to manage sessions and availability, and automated emails for the repetitive reminders and confirmations.

The outcome

Less busywork, fewer no-shows to chase, and a booking system staff sign into with a single click. In production.

A note on how we show our work: The projects on this page were delivered by our founders across current and prior professional engagements. We show them as capability — proof of what we design and build — and we describe most by sector rather than by client, to respect every confidence. Two we can name by agreement: Corella, a care platform our team built end to end, and the Western Australian Aboriginal & Islander Football National Carnival website. We don’t publish invented statistics or testimonials, and we’ll always tell you honestly what is in production, in progress, or a demo. We’d rather under-claim and over-deliver.
