The challenge
A community cricket association needed a credible home online that a volunteer committee could actually keep current — news through the season, the right information for players and families, and a presence that stands up when a sponsor or a grant assessor goes looking.
02
Our approach
We designed and built the site, then put it on the association's own domain rather than a subdomain of ours — so the asset is theirs outright. Behind it sits a small admin area for news and site settings, running on an edge database so there is no server for a volunteer to maintain, plus the search and social groundwork a public site needs.

The outcome
Live and public at cricketshepparton.com.au, on the association's own domain and its own email, with the committee publishing news itself. Our credit sits in the site footer.
A note on how we show our work: We describe most of this work by sector rather than by client, because that is what we are permitted to say. Where the site is public we name it and link to it, so you can go and look. No invented statistics, no testimonials.

A full transport ERP replacing a 20-year-old legacy system — bookings, runsheets, driver workflows with proof-of-delivery, rate cards, invoicing and reporting — with millions of rows of history migrated and kept searchable.
Members book pickups online; staff dispatch runs on a live board; drivers get an optimised, mapped view on a tablet — replacing a phone-and-paper process.
